Role and Responsibilities :

  • Perform order management activities for assigned regions using application used by the function
  • Ensure adherence to organization procedures policies and system
  • ensure that performance metrices /SALs are met
  • Adhere to daily turnaround time for order as per set TAT guidelines
  • Ensure adherence to all internal / External process defined
  • Proactively escalates issues that can potentially hamper the business process

Our Requirement

  • Preferably Bachelors Degree (Arts, Science, Commerce, Business Administration )
  • 0-1 years Experience
  • Require strong computer skill, Including Microsoft office
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly details oriented with good accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible to work in Night Shifts
