Role and Responsibilities :
- Perform order management activities for assigned regions using application used by the function
- Ensure adherence to organization procedures policies and system
- ensure that performance metrices /SALs are met
- Adhere to daily turnaround time for order as per set TAT guidelines
- Ensure adherence to all internal / External process defined
- Proactively escalates issues that can potentially hamper the business process
Our Requirement
- Preferably Bachelors Degree (Arts, Science, Commerce, Business Administration )
- 0-1 years Experience
- Require strong computer skill, Including Microsoft office
- Display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly details oriented with good accuracy
